How I made Eco Enzyme from kitchen waste?

1)     प्लास्टिक कॅन मधे फळांचे peels, भाज्यांची साले ,जास्त पिकलेली फळे, 2 lit पाणी 1 चमचा गूळ घातले. Firmly sealed the container cap and placed it in the dark cool place. 
      ( 3: 10 : 1 )proportion 
2)    1 महिना भर रोज हलवले
3)    कॅप थोडी सैल करून गॅस escape करू दिला परत कॅप घट्ट लावली.
4)   दर  3 दिवसांनी हलवले. It changes its color to dark brown.
5)    Eco enzyme typically takes 3-4 months to get ready. 
6)   Its a kind of Vinegar or organic solution produced by fermentation of fruits, vegetables, sugar and water.

7)    This discovery of waste bio enzyme is by Dr Rosukon Poompanvong, a Thai supporter of alternative medicine and founder of the Organic Agricultural Association of Thailand.

How I made compost/ organic fertilizer from brown leaves using butter milk and Eco Enzyme? 

1)     I had a big broken pot, thought of reusing it. I started filling the broken pot in Jan  with brown leaves, twigs, green cuttings grass, weeds .....from the garden.
2)    Sprinkled Eco Enzyme and butter milk over it, and kept it covered  with old cotton cloth....(Reuse) 
3)    1 महिन्यानंतर मी Eco Enzyme  थोडे थोडे dilute करून कंपोस्ट  करत होते, त्या पॉट मध्ये अधून मधून शिंपडले.
4)   दर  3 दिवसांनी हलवले परत कापड घालून झाकून ठेवले.
5)    Here air, moisture, temperature was controlled properly... (Keep the consistency of this like Oli bhel ) I sprinkled diluted Enzyme every 7 days and sprinkled water as and when necessary.
6)   माझ्याकडे इनोराचे culture नव्हते . ताकाचा   eco enzyme (घरी तयार केलेले) याचा वापर कल्चर म्हणून केला प्रयोग successful झाला.)
7)    The compost was ready in 4 months.

I  emptied the pot and found, छान दाणेदार खत, organic fertilizer ready.





How to grow micro greens in the brown leaf compost?


1)     Take any cardboard container which we get in the shopping malls. Make 6 -7 tiny holes, fill it with half soil and half compost mixture.... leaving 1 inch margin in upper area. Prepare 4-5 such trays.
 2) Then spread each variety of seeds, such as Hirve Moong, Haliv, Watana, Mohri, Methi, Palak Flax seeds, Sounf......in different trays and cover it with mud , spray water and Enzyme and keep it in dark side for 4 days. You will see all varieties of micro green ready at least of 5 inches.
