Ingredients:
1. Tofu - 200gms
2. Peeled garlic - 50gms
3. Fresh coriander - 50gms
4. Salt - taste
5. Sugar - 15gms
6. Black crush pepper - 30gms
7. Msg/ broth powder - 15gms
8. Oil - to deep fry tofu
9. Corn flour - 50gms
Method:
1. Cut the tofu into medium triangles
2. Heat up 500gms of oil in a pan
3. Dust the cut tofu with cornflour and eliminate
the excess cornflour
4. Deep fry the tofu till golden
5. Now chop the garlic roughly and deep fry them
till golden and keep it aside
6. Add 1 tap of oil to a pan and add chop garlic,
green chili and fry then
7. Add the fried tofu and fried garlic and switch
off the flame
8. Then add salt, sugar black pepper and broth
powder
Add chop coriander and toss the tofu by switching
on the flame for 30 seconds and serve hot.
